Answers to your questions
Q: What if I can’t make it?
A: We’d love to celebrate with you, but we completely understand if you can’t make it for any reason! Please RSVP “No” if you can’t make it so that we can plan accordingly.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: You’re allowed to be at the ceremony at 4:00pm at the earliest. Please plan accordingly because the ceremony starts at 4:30pm SHARP. (I’m looking at those who operate on Arab or Latino Time…)
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Cocktail attire is suggested. Dress to celebrate! (Some examples: Suit and tie, dresses of any length, nice jumpsuits, pant suit, florals, etc). The most important thing is that you’re comfortable and ready to dance!
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we ask that just you attend. Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget.
Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: We love your little ones, but our wedding is adults only, except for family and the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!
Q: Can I take photos?
A: We will have an unplugged ceremony, so please keep the phones in your pocket until after the ceremony. Only the photographers will be taking photos for the ceremony. After that, feel free to shoot away! And be sure to upload all of your photos to this shared folder (stay tuned for a shared link).
Q: How should I prepare for weather in October?
A: The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Bring something warm like a jacket or shawl for the fall weather. October can jump from the 70s to 40s because… New England. We will have a tented reception and the tent will be heated. If it happens to rain, both the ceremony and reception will take place under a tent. We recommend bringing an umbrella or rain coat just in case.
